Congratulations to the B98 Red team for winning Spring Cup 2011!  It was a real team effort with the boys working hard to over come injuries and missing players.  The semi-final saw them beat a very good Hemet Juventus team 2-1.  Later that afternoon they faced off against The Xtreme Black in the Final.  The boys played with only 12 and several of them carrying knocks.  It was a wide open back and forth match, which furthered the exhaustion, and at the end of regulation the teams were knotted 1-1.  The Red devils created what looked like an insurmountable challenge for themselves when the first two kickers were not able to make their penalty kicks - and Xtreme converted both chances.  An amazing rally happened when the boys converted their next three and Xtreme saw all three of their shots go over the cross bar.  Final 1-1 (3-2PK).
