He brings a diversified coaching style to the club that not only focuses on player development but also emphasis on the importance of school grades and work ethics. Brent is currently the head coach for the U10 and U13 boys teams, while also a head trainer for the clubs youth academy. Brent’s coaching career began at Apple Valley Soccer Club where he took two youth club teams from bronze status to silver elite and gold status in 3 coast soccer seasons. He coached 4 seasons at Etiwanda high school and in 2005 he graduated 11 seniors that all earned athletic scholarships. His greatest coaching honor was awarded to him in 2008 for winning the High School “Coach of the Year” award. Brent ended his coaching experience with the Arsenal Soccer Club by helping 6 of his most dedicated players on his GU19 team earn college soccer scholarships. With his two seasons at Corinthians Soccer Club he took his boy’s team from Bronze status to Silver Elite status. In April of 2008 at While playing for the Celtic Soccer Club he was a member of the U12 team that won Dallas Cup. As a member of the Arsenal Soccer club his days are highlighted with winning a wide range of competitive tournaments including Nomads and Surf Cup. During his ODP experience he played on the Cal South State Team and the US Region IV team that won countless competitive tournaments against other states and regions. In Brent’s High School playing days he helped his team earn league champions in the highly competitive baseline league and throughout his four years of high school he earned 3 First Team All League awards and in his senior year he was awarded League MVP. Brent’s collegiate experience is summarized with earning the defensive All-American team award in his senior year with the Coyote’s at Cal State San Bernardino. He currently plays for PSA Elite in the highly competitive adult CSL league. |
