Personal Bio:

Coach Kulm joined F.C. Man United in 2010. He brings a variety of soccer experience at the youth and collegiate level.  He is the head coach for Girls U17 Gold Team.

His coaching career began at Rancho Cucamonga High School 2000-2002.  He was the an assistant coach for 2 years and led them to the Mt. Baldy League championship in 2002 and the California Interscholastic Federation quarterfinals.  When Los Osos High School opened he joined the coaching staff there for 2 years as the jv girls coached then took over the Varsity girls program for 4 years.  During this time the team won the Mt, Baldy league 3 times and was rated as high as 6th in Southern California and 16th in the nation by HighSchoolSoccer.net.  Coach Kulm recently served as coach for Arsenal Soccer Club, Apple Valley Storm, Yuccaipa Athletic Club and F.C. Barcelona.  In his terms with these clubs, Joe guided many teams to domestic competitions, including the Nomads Tournament, Surf Cup, North Huntington Beach Cup, and California Youth Soccer Association State National Cup.

His playing career was highlighted by his collegiate experience where he was a three year starter on a D2 CCAA south division league championship team at Cal State San Bernardino.
